Terms of Service & Reservation Policy

• All prices listed in the digital menu are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are exclusive of VAT and applicable service charges; standard rates are calculated and added to the order subtotal at checkout.
• We strive to maintain accurate inventory, however certain specialty items and seasonal ingredients remain subject to daily venue availability.
• Please inform staff of any food allergies (dairy, nuts, gluten) prior to preparation to ensure your safety.

• Reservation Confirmation: A reservation request submitted via the site is officially confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation reply from Bosphorus Café & Restaurant WhatsApp management.
• Grace Period: Reserved tables are held for 15 minutes past the booking time. If delayed without prior notice, the table may be reassigned to walk-in patrons.
• Modifications & Cancellations: Kindly notify us of any schedule modifications or cancellations at least 2 hours in advance via our WhatsApp chat.
• Events & Large Groups: For parties exceeding 8 guests or special private celebrations, advance booking of 24 hours is highly recommended.
